Group Buy Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms:
Your submission indicates acceptance of all terms outlined by the organizers.
Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge the associated risks.
2. Fees:
All fees paid to the organizers cover their time, procurement, and negotiations to secure premier skincare products at prices significantly below retail.
You also agree to cover any reshipping and handling fees, as well as service fees.
3. Customs and Import Risks:
Customs inspections and potential seizures are beyond our control. The organizers are not liable for any loss or delays caused by customs.
You understand and accept the inherent risks involved in international group buys.
4. Payment Terms:
Payments must be made via Friends and Family only—no exceptions. This ensures smooth transactions and avoids unnecessary fees.
5. Timeline:
Group buys typically take around 4 weeks from order to delivery. However, delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or customs.
6. Other & Organizer Liability:
By participating, you accept these terms fully and without exception.
The organizers act solely as a service provider to facilitate your access to these goods.
The organizers are not responsible for the condition, performance, adverse side effects or quality of the products you receive, as these are procured from third-party manufacturers.
